We offer a variety of classes primarily focussed on functional training, meaning the exercises you will be doing in our classes will reflect movements you perform in your every day life. FALL 2019 FBB CLASSES
Lifting weights is key to having a healthy and strong body. Our MOVE STRONG circuit class incorporates resistance training by using dumbbells, bands, barbells, kettle bells, and our own body weight to burn fat, build strength and tone muscles. You will leave class feeling strong and like a total bad ass! This class is great for all levels as it is a time based workout so you can perform as hard (or not quite as hard) as you're able to.
