The FBB Active April Challenge is a FREE fitness challenge filled with daily challenge moves with a small resistance band that creates a total body workout by the end of the week!
In this Fitness Challenge, we will be utilizing a mixture of our bodyweight and small resistance bands to tone and strengthen your muscles while being easy on our joints. All moves are low-impact with modifications provided to make each move more challenging.
Now is the perfect time to commit to you!
Resistance bands are one of my favourite pieces of exercise equipment! They are incredibly versatile (as you will soon discover), fantastic for muscle toning, helps to make low-impact moves even more effective, and are easy to travel with.
While on my Round-The-World Trip, the only piece of exercise equipment that I brought with me is my resistance band. And I am so happy that I brought it!
Don't have a band?
You can purchase a small resistance band at any fitness or sport store (like Fitness Depot or SportChek) or you can buy it from Amazon here. These are the exact bands I bought and used for my group fitness classes. They come in a variety of tensions which is great for progressing AND it was cheaper to buy online than in the store. The great thing about Amazon is that your bands should arrive in only a couple of days too!
Once you own your band, you get it for life! In this challenge, you will learn so many different ways to use your band to make an effective workout, plus, I am going to feature these bands in my future free workout videos shared on my YouTube Channel.

FBB Active April Challenge Details
You will be emailed your Weekly Challenge Calendar the Sunday before each new week starts on the following days:
Sunday, March 31
Sunday, April 7
Sunday, April 14
On your Weekly Challenge Calendar under each day of the week (Monday, Tuesday, etc.) you will see an exercise that utilizes a small resistance band to target a specific muscle group. Indicated on the calendar is how many seconds you have to complete that move.
Each day, you will add on the exercise from the previous day until you have a Total Body Workout created for you by the end of the week (Friday).
Saturday is a BONUS challenge day and Sunday is your Rest & Reflect day.
