3 Amazing Weeks of Moving & Motivation 

Your 3-Week FBB Active April Challenge starts April 16 - May 2, 2020.

The FBB Active April Challenge is a FREE fitness challenge filled with a Total Body Workout that encourages movement and mindfulness!

In this Fitness Challenge, we will be utilizing a mixture of our bodyweight and a small resistance band to tone and strengthen your muscles while being easy on our joints. All moves are low-impact with modifications provided to make each move more challenging.

 

Now is the perfect time to commit to you!

 

Resistance bands are one of my favourite pieces of exercise equipment! They are incredibly versatile (as you will soon discover), fantastic for muscle toning, helps to make low-impact moves even more effective, and are easy for home workouts. 

 

Don't have a band?

No Problem!

 

You can purchase these small resistance bands on Amazon here. These are the exact bands I bought and used for my group fitness classes. They come in a variety of tensions which is great for progressing AND it was cheaper to buy online than in the store. The great thing about Amazon is that your bands should arrive in only a couple of days too!

 

Once you own your band, you get it for life! In this challenge, you will learn so many different ways to use your band to make an effective workout at home.

FBB Active April Challenge Details

I'll be doing BONUS Live Workouts on Facebook and Instagram on the following dates and times:

Mondays from 10:00 a.m. - 10:45 a.m. (Bodyweight + Soup Cans or 5lb Dumbbells)

Tuesdays from 6:00 p.m. - 6:45 p.m. (Bodyweight + two sets of Dumbbells (5 & 12 lbs))

The Active April Challenge officially starts on Thursday, April 16. I'll be posting the Pre-Filmed Active April Challenge Workouts on Facebook and Instagram TV on the following dates and times:

Thursdays (Total Body Band Workout) 

- The video will be posted at 6:00 am but you can do the workout at anytime. 

Fridays (BONUS Movement Challenge)

- The video will be posted at 6:00 am but you can do the workout at anytime. 

Saturdays (Rest & Reflect Mindfulness Challenge)

- The video will be posted at 6:00 am but you can do the workout at anytime.
